SIGNAL & SCOPEMedicine, mapped as it moves.

Source registry

Medical sources, separated by authority and purpose.

The registry combines official APIs, trial and publication records, professional journals, institutional newsrooms, specialist publications, and clearly labeled industry signals.

Inclusion means a source is useful for discovery. It does not mean Signal & Scope endorses every item the source publishes.

Selection standard

A source should have a clear publisher, a stable canonical destination, a lawful collection method, useful dates or status fields, and a defined role in the evidence map. Sources are separated by desk so that a regulator notice is not presented as equivalent to a journal record or commercial release.

Rights and linking

The workspace prioritizes permitted metadata and links readers to the original publisher. Abstracts, article text, images, and other copyrighted material remain subject to the source's own terms and rights statements.
