Privacy
A medical news workspace should not become a patient-data field.
Signal & Scope is built for public medical information and personal reading preferences—not protected health information or patient-specific workflows.
Do not enter patient names, identifiers, case details, or other sensitive information into search, filter, or topic fields.
Reading preferences stay in the browser
Saved records, read state, followed topics, and the analytics choice are stored on the reader's device. Clearing site data removes those local preferences.
Analytics is optional
Basic page-view analytics starts only after a reader allows it. Signal & Scope does not intentionally send search text, filters, medical topics, or text entered into the workspace as analytics events. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain off.
Public-source boundary
The live workspace is intended to retrieve and organize public source records. It is not a secure clinical system, medical record, communications channel, or place to submit a patient question.
